Perinatal Health Coalition (PAC)
The Perinatal Health Coalition is a partnership of public health officials, health care professionals, care management organizations (CMOs), nonprofits, and faith-based organizations dedicated to improving the birth outcomes of Clayton County’s children. This diverse group of professionals meets on a regular basis to identify strategies, share resources, and develop solutions in order to decrease the number of fetal and infant deaths in our community.
The Coalition was established as a way for the county to strategically address these adverse birth outcomes. Issues addressed by the coalition include increasing access to services for women of child-bearing age; improving infant health; decreasing perinatal disparities; and addressing the social determinants of health.
