Community Health and Prevention Services provide preventative services to Clayton County with integrity, collaboration, and transparency.
We lead community-wide initiatives to improve health equity and multigenerational health outcomes which are accomplished by building healthier communities through educational workshops, practices and, attending community events to inform residents how to eat healthier and be active where they live, work and play.
